Why members join

A small yearly habit that pays you back.

Lower running costs

Clean filters, coils and fans move heat with less power, so the system costs less to run.

Fewer no-heat nights

Many no-heat calls start as small problems a yearly check can catch early.

Protect your investment

Regular service helps your system last. Some manufacturer warranties also expect yearly maintenance.

Comfort Club questions

Quick answers.

What is the Denate Comfort Club?

It is our yearly maintenance plan for heat pump owners: a tune-up every year before winter, priority booking when you have no heat, and member savings on repairs. It keeps your system efficient and catches small problems before they turn into no-heat calls.

Does the Comfort Club include repairs?

Repairs are not included in the membership, but members get priority booking and member savings on repairs, so a problem gets fixed sooner and for less.

Can I join the Comfort Club if Denate did not install my heat pump?

In most cases, yes. Text us a photo of the model sticker on your indoor or outdoor unit and we will confirm before you join. Your first tune-up includes a full check of the system.

How often should a heat pump be serviced?

Clean or check the filters every month or two during heavy use, and have the system professionally serviced once a year, ideally before the heating season. A tune-up keeps it efficient and catches small problems before they become no-heat calls.
